The masonry contract included both substructure and superstructure blockwork for four steel-framed buildings comprising in total of 14 industrial units with serviced office suites. Internal walls were built using paint-grade face blockwork whilst Forticrete shot-blasted face blocks were used for external walls.
The units were built to Breeam Excellent build certification and were part funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
