The masonry contract included block and mainly stonework (Lantoon) for the two-storey, timber frame buildings which contained 18 self-contained flats, medical surgery, re-skilling facilities, IT suite and detached ‘moving-on’ units.
Classic Builders won ‘Building of the Year’ for this project in November 2019 at the Building Forum for Devon and Cornwall Annual Dinner for its outstanding construction quality and its distinctive and pioneering approach supporting those in need.
