Natalie Hann

Natalie Hann

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Natalie is originally from Bolton, Greater Manchester and moved to Cornwall in 2010. After graduating from Bradford University in 2000 she pursued a career in marketing and advertising for a large online retail company.

Following her move to Cornwall, Natalie was Marketing Manager (and then Commercial Manager) for a small niche pharmaceutical consultancy.   She helped the company develop and deliver a growth strategy that took turnover from £0.5m to £1.5m over three years.

Natalie’s role involved strategic development and day-to-day delivery of the company’s marketing plans. She was also responsible for the management of new and existing client contracts, line management and played a key role as a member of the senior management team, inputting into overall business strategy and development.

Natalie began working full-time at NBH in August 2014 to facilitate the company’s growth plans.   She is responsible for new business development, contract management, financial control and marketing activity.

Neil Hann

CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR

Neil is originally from Ferndown, Dorset and moved to Cornwall in 2000 to start a family. Neil has worked in construction throughout his career as a self-employed professional.

He returned to education part-time in 1992 to complete an HNC in Building Production and gained his NEBOSH Construction in 2007.

Neil has successfully delivered a wide variety of projects and roles throughout his thirty-year career through a number of companies he has founded and co-founded. His roles have encompassed Foreman, Site Manager, Project Manager, Site Safety Manager and Health and Safety Consultant across projects ranging up to £9.5m.

As Construction Director, Neil’s role is to manage delivery of NBH’s contracts.  He works closely with his teams, clients and site teams regarding programme, quality and technical details.

Mark Hann

Mark Hann

SITE SUPERVISOR

Mark is a time-served bricklayer with over 30 years experience in the construction industry. Like Neil, he began in the industry working alongside his dad and granddad in the family business and trained alongside them both working in his home county of Dorset.

Since then, Mark has worked throughout the South and South West of England on numerous projects for regional and national developers, as a business owner, bricklayer and a working foreman. He has also worked on his own private developments.

Before joining NBH, Mark spent 6 years living in Cyprus where he worked on numerous residential and private developments.

Mark is SSSTS certified and supports Neil with the day-to-day management of projects. He also helps train and develop the apprentices onsite.

Jack Moorhouse Hoyle

Jack Moorhouse Hoyle

TRAINEE SUPERVISOR

Jack joined NBH in 2015 as its first bricklaying apprentice.  Prior to this he had completed a level 1 carpentry and joinery diploma at Truro & Penwith College.  Jack completed both his Level 2 and 3 NVQ in Trowel Occupations at Truro & Penwith College.

Since completing his apprenticeship in 2019, Jack has continued to develop his skills on site as well as undertaking both health and safety and leadership training. He now supports NBH’s most recent apprentices and is taking on more responsibility to work towards becoming a supervisor.

Now in his fifth year with NBH, Jack has worked across most of NBH’s sites during this time and is gaining valuable knowledge and experience across a diverse range of clients and projects.  He works within his own gang supporting Neil with the day-to-day delivery of masonry contracts.

Harry Vosper

Harry Vosper

BRICKLAYING APPRENTICE

Harry joined NBH in 2018 as a bricklaying apprentice and has just completed his Level 2 NVQ at Truro & Penwith College.  Prior to this he had completed a BTEC in Construction at Cornwall College.  

In 2019 Harry also undertook the Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme accreditation which gives him a better understanding of the Health & Safety requirements on site.

Harry has worked across a number of sites gaining experience in both traditional and timber frame housebuilding, as well as some of NBH’s commercial builds too.  As well as blockwork, he has also worked with brick and stone (Lantoon, Granite). 

Harry is now looking to progress onto a Level 3 apprenticeship at Truro & Penwith College and continues to develop his skills on site.

Steven Reynolds

Steven Reynolds

BRICKLAYING APPRENTICE

Steven joined NBH in 2019 as a bricklaying apprentice and has just completed his first year of a Level 2 NVQ at Truro & Penwith College.  Prior to this he studied electrical installation for a year at St Austell College as well as gaining work experience plaster boarding.

Steven has worked across a number of sites gaining experience in traditional housebuilding, as well as some of NBH’s commercial builds too.  He has experience of both block and stonework (Lantoon) and has more recently been involved in our remedial stonework project.

Steven is now looking to progress onto his final year and continues to develop his skills on site.
